You just have to love this time of year. All the food and yummy treats. Ummm...
Some of the other things that I love about this hoilday is the family and traditions. Its great to see older generations in the kitchec together cooking dinner all the while letting little helpers cook along with them. Most of us have memories of being under moms "apron" while she was cooking. It might seem like just trying to keep them ocupied, well it is but its also a chance to pass on tradtions.
Every year my family makes oyster dressing. Which to most outsiders is just down right nasty but to us its just always there, and its good.
